🏃♀️PARK RUN🏃♀️ Don’t forget to join us for the 5km park run tomorrow before Ascot. The run starts at 9am so we will be meeting at 8:50am at Bishop’s Park. It’s only 5km and there’ll be hundreds of people running at all levels of abilities so you can go at whatever speed suits you. Afterwards we might split people up between mine and Teo’s house for showers if there isn’t enough time to go back to your own places before Ascot.
